Continuous Modified Atmosphere is automatic in-line traysealer for performed trays based on displacement through servomotors with manual loading in the base model and multiple options for input and output automation exit. Tray sealer is specially prepared for the sealing of vacuum trays with films complex and also allows the possibility of packaging the products under modified atmosphere in case of the application requires it. The working speed of this unit is up to 32 packs per minute in the case of empty or empty and gas and 60 packs in the case of only sealing. The format changes are very simple.

- Machine made of stainless steel, AISI 304, welded with stainless steel, AISI 316.
- Molds made of anodized aluminum (Anti-Corrosion)
- Molds with resistances with independent fuses and Telfon-coated sealing plates.
- Separate blade with independent springs.
- Maximum height of the standard tray:110 mm (optional up to 165 mm).
- Maximum protruding height of the product: 30mm.
- High lubrication of the vacuum pump: standard 63 - 100m3 / h and mounted inside the frame of the machine (optional external 200, 300m3 / h ).
